We take great care when packaging items, using recycled boxes, tissue wrap and bubble wrap where available.  We do not accept responsibility for parcels which go missing in the post or arrive damaged – these should be processed via a claim directly through Australia Post. Delivery costs are the buyer's responsibility, along with re-delivery costs should the incorrect address be provided.  We are sure you will be very happy with your purchases.
