SHIPPING POLICY

Most items (unless specified otherwise or ' made to order' are ready to ship in 2-3 business days
All items (unless specified otherwise) ships out using: Australia Post
Tracking code provided upon shipment (if applicable)
Delivery times: Standard Delivery Times as Per Australia Post

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
All purchases will be mailed via Australia Post. Standard postage for most items includes tracking unless indicated, to upgrade to tracking or express post please purchase the additional upgrade. We take great care when packaging items, using recycled boxes, tissue wrap and bubble wrap where available.

We do not accept responsibility for parcels which go missing in the post or arrive damaged – these should be processed via a claim directly through Australia Post. Delivery costs are the buyer's responsibility, along with re-delivery costs should the incorrect address be provided.

We are sure you will be very happy with your purchases. Please however, choose your items carefully. We take great care in ensuring our photography clearly and accurately represents the product; however, some screen resolutions will reflect colours differently.

Once you have completed the checkout process, you have committed to purchase. Please review your cart carefully before completing checkout.

We do not cater for local pick up; we provide a postal delivery service only.

RETURNS POLICY

No refund or exchange for change of mind.
Requests for refunds are not accepted if you simply change your mind - please look at the descriptions and photos carefully before making a purchase.
If the item is somehow broken upon arrival, please contact Divergent Designz within 24 hours of package receipt via email to discuss. Depending on the circumstances, the issue will be lodged with Australia Post. The buyer may be required to provided photographic evidence or return the goods to the seller in order for the situation to be investigated. If a refund is provided this will exclude any delivery fees incurred by the buyer.

PAYMENT METHOD

AFTERPAY, KLARNA AND REFUNDS

Please note that should your purchase be made via Afterpay, and if you are legally entitled to a refund, your refund will be less the transaction fees that Afterpay charge our business for your use of this service - {6% + 30c transaction fee by Afterpay}. Refund of delivery costs will not be provided.
